Dexter Sullivan (JONATHAN AUBE) is on the run for his life in this all out high octane action film. Wanted by he FBI where he used to work and pursued by the mob, there is no turning back. Frustrated by the high level corruption within the FBI he went into business for himself as a paid assassin. The job - kill the head of the Russian mafia in Los Angeles, Nicholai DeMarkov (RON FORD). But, when the bullet from his high-powered rifle only grazes his target, Dexter must move in and finish the job. Cornered by heavily armed bodyguards and facing certain death, he is saved by DeMarkov’s beautiful girlfriend Layla Barnes (DIANA CUEVAS). Together the on the run, pursued by corrupt agents and mob hit-men. It’s an all out race against time to get to a freighter leaving for Venezuela. In the explosive showdown at Los Angeles harbor, Dexter and Layla’s fates are about to be decided by FBI agent Reginald Morrison (CORBIN TIMBROOK) and hit-man Clovis "The Cleaner" Brown (IKE GINGRIGH).
